“B” Style Hook is a proprietary one piece extrusion that is welded to
the end of the ramp.
On the trailer itself a Steel
Hook Seat (SHS)
or an Aluminum
Hook Seat (AHS) must be attached to your trailer.
This Hook Seat is used as the receptacle that receives the “B”
Style Hook.
Once the two are attached, a rod is passed through both the “B
HOOK" and the "Hook Seat". This secures the ramps to
the trailer and prevents side to side movement of the
ramps while in use.
Though tie downs to the ICC bumper are not necessary, their use
increases safety and thus we recommend their use.
